For those less happy times in life, bd The Estate Agent offer both matrimonial and probate valuations to assist any client who may be going through one of these troubling experiences and if the need arises we can also assist in the sale of the subject property. Our reasonable valuation fee will be deducted from any sales commission, should we be asked to sell the property within 6 months of the valuation.
